You can see where she practices making eyes, they look like artist sketches.
She always portrays me with a crewcut or a mohawk... She has discovered that she can make expressions, here the tongue is hanging out and the eyes aren't straight forward!
Apparently this one is a Chimera!

So cute! I saw on one of the 1000 sewing blogs I read where a lady made dolls out of her daughter's drawings. She just used a really short zig zag to do the features. They were awesome.
